Sometimes life just gets you overwhelmed. Finals have you losing sleep? Kids leaving you running on empty? Well before you pick up another cup of espresso, take a look at some natural remedies below.
Crush up some dried Rosemary and take a big smell. It’s sort of an aromatherapy energy boost. But it works.
Soak a towel in Seabreeze and ice water and place on your face, woooh, it wakes you right up.
Drink a couple glasses of ice water. Sometimes you are running on empty because you are dehydrated. Drink some water.
Take a Power Nap
Did you know a 20 minute nap can do the trick. Actually it’s better to take a short nap because you don’t want to go into REM sleep.
Lastly, once you catch up and refill your tank, try to get at least 8 hours of sleep!! And turn off all of the electronic devices. Do not go to sleep with the TV on. It can actually interrupt your sleep.
